Day 2 of astral practicing

Last night was day 2 of me trying to astral project. I did the basics, relaxed my body and cleared my mind. I ended back on the road from the last night very bright it looked like a cross road I started getting the falling felling again and started to focus again on an anchor as I started falling I grabbed the anchor. Once the falling feeling stopped I ended up being somewhere with smoke and some weird entities that were black and had a weird figure and they were swimming through the air/smoke and it seemed like they started to antagonize me so I started praying and they didn't disappear so I grabbed one and ripped it apart then another came at me and I grabbed it then spikes came out of its body, the weird thing is I felt the pain in my hands before and after my trip. it was weird and so vivid
